Audit E-mail

Ref:  Information Technology Audit (Wikipedia)

Overview:

I.T. Networks’ performance can degrade over time, with a build-up of temporary files, missing patches, configuration conflicts and overloaded processes resulting in errors, downtime, slow responses, etc.

SARN Technologies Ltd offers an audit service to customers that will determine the current status and performance of the network infrastructure, highlight any deficiencies, and report our recommendations.

Actions

The audit would be carried out during an on-site visit by a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, who will check the various constituent parts of the network infrastructure:

Scope

  • Network Perimeter Security
  • Event log reports
  • Back up logs, performance, restoration capability
  • Hardware errors and performance
  • Status of software patches and service packs
  • Anti-Virus systems performance
  • Disk Space availability
  • Software functionality

Report

On completion of our audit we will present our report highlighting any network vulnerabilities, including architectural or configuration liabilities, the cause of any event log errors, any operating system or software faults or failures and general assessment of the network infrastructure. The final part of the report will list our conclusions and will include any recommendations we have for further actions.
